This Hornady BLACK 300 Blackout 208gr A-MAX load is built for subsonic-range target shooting and comes as 20 rounds. Packaging: 20-round box. Subsonic loads stay below the speed of sound, which is why shooters pick them for suppressed firearms and low-recoil competition shooting.
Cases are listed as: factory new.
Subsonic 300 Blackout is usually paired with a suppressor, and some semi-auto rifles may need gas adjustment to cycle it reliably. Our subsonic ammo guide goes through the basics.

Frequently asked questions
Is this 300 Blackout ammo new or remanufactured?
The listing describes the cases as factory new.
What does subsonic mean?
Subsonic ammunition is loaded to travel slower than the speed of sound, roughly 1,100 feet per second at sea level, so it avoids the supersonic crack. It is usually chosen for suppressed shooting.
